The benefits of SHRM are not limited to personal gain, as it  align with the organization's goals as well. they extend to the broader success of the organization and its workforce .The key question is whether SHRM is effectively applied to benefit the organization and its employees, rather than the motivations behind its adoption. Additionally, Academic research often benefits the business community by providing evidence-based insights.
