Globalization: the technology advancement cause the change in trend, economic, and lifestyle. It create new jobs as well as destroy the exist jobs. Where hr need to recruit new peoples to adapt the change.
Expanding and merging of the geographic: it create more diversity of culture so HRM become more complex and challenge due to diversity and different in people background
Skill gaps: the best existing jobs require high skills and high education but there were a gaps between people who can and can not access higher education.
competition: New businesses alway emerging to be competitor or substitution which might destroy the existing business. So hr need to advance the workers skills to gain competitive advantage.
How HR should evolve?
-Support the higher education to their existing employees Reskills and Upskills them to decrease the skills and education gaps between the employees
-Recruit gen Z people who were more familiar with the new changing world and listen to their opinion
-Promote diversity in work place by recruit the people from different culture and encourage them to share their opinions to see from different perspectives
