People management is important for every enterprise, as it cannot be effective without a successful people management. In my own experience during my internship the director of the company has held meetings with the employees to know their opinion about his plans for the development of the company, they all were free to argue and discuss the ideas. A friendly environment with critical thinking is helpful for a company to achieve success. The Chef has only choosen the least popular propositions, so, in his opinion, others wouldn't copy them. Thank to this strategy the enterprise penetrated various markets and got a good profit. As for me, the most important key components are employee motivation, engagement and communication. When employees think that their opinion matter, they start to be more imaginative, they can more freely express their point of view, which might be very original.
