Nowadays in the time of Globalisation  everything becomes more related to each other.  In my opinion, HR had embraced SHRM for economic purposes and not for self-interest, as in the business world everyone is firstly thinking about the possible profit. The SHRM improves employee performance as well as creates a productive culture, which is responsible for producing competitive advantage, that companies are looking for. Many experts believe that SHRM is having direct influence on a business;s goals and performance with a long-term effect. A business that embraces SHRM is gining access to some substantial benefits, such as future-proof planning, an improve corporate culture and stronger employer brand. It is also important to underline, that an effective management leads to charges decrease.
