Strategic human resource management is the foundation of a strong business because, when properly applied, it ensures that the company as a whole is working together to reach its goals. This gives the business a greater chance to succeed. Therefore, aligning HR with business strategy can boost employee satisfaction and performance, ensure teams are aligned to help the business achieve its strategic objectives, and increase their influence and decision-making power across the organization. The above listed, encouraged academics to come up with SHRM. There are 2 perspectives that outlined by academic which are "rational choice" and "constituency-based". Rational choice entails embracing SHRM because it is the best way to give the business a significant competitive advantage over rivals by carefully considering each employee's skills and the company's intellectual assets while implementing HRM. Constituency-based approaches to SHRM are encouraged because it might enhance HR professionals' standing in the organisation by making HRM adjustments that make it appear more strategic, which makes them more recognised within the organisation.
As I mentioned above, implementing the SHRM within the company will help the organization to identify the goals and ensures that the company is well put together.
