Based on the reading, it is claimed that HR has embraced SHRM to secure greater respect for HRM as a field of study and, appeal more strategically, thereby enhancing their status within organizations. (Bamberger & Meshoulam, 2000; Pfeffer & Salancik, 1977; Powell & DiMaggio, 1991; Purcell & Ahlstrand, 1994; Whipp, 1999).
From my perspective, SHRM positively impacts companies by enabling a stronger business and achieving their objectives and goals.
It helps to lead strength recruitments, improve employee engagement and productivity, increase job satisfaction and customer satisfaction, and plan for short-term and long-term growth by better managing their workforce.
