The number of demands placed on organizations today is staggering. Some of these include escalating globalization, intense competition, frequent technological changes, new organizational alliances, new organizational structures, changing demographics, changing working methods, etc. All of these changes are putting enormous pressure on organizations today, and HR departments in particular can play a very critical role in helping and guiding change.

I agree. HR needs to steadily grow together with companies to face incoming troubles.
